MS Tanzania
MS Tanzania has been placing Danish Development Workers in Tanzanian institutions since early 1960s. MS Tanzania has accumulated a vast amount of experiences in this kind of cooperation in various settings over the years and we feel that we are quite good at it. Intercultural cooperation is an important component in the partnerships, the concept that has been refined over the years. DWs are working in different capacities in the partner organisations, such as offering technical assistance and promoters of intercultural cooperation. Beside their professional knowledge, they also bring Danish experience in organisational culture/democracy, which assist in organisational capacity building of the partner organisations.
